Easy to custom make online. Good quality tag. We were having issues with self-laminating style because our guys would clip them to their belt loop, then when they would sit down which caused the tag to bend which was causing laminate to seperate from tag. I think this custom tag will resolve this issue, with time we will tell. So far tag looks good. Would be nice to see smaller sizes of "custom" tags.
Items came exactly as described and was exactly what our facility needed to satisfy our OSHA requirements. Cheaper than any other place and good quality.
