Here's an all red, two-part Do Not Operate Repair Tag with pre-numbering (all tags are sequentially numbered). Just pull out a tag from the box, tear it neatly along the perforation, and attach it to the equipment that needs a repair.

Colored tags are made of a 13 pt thick paper cardstock. Sturdy material can withstand normal wear and tear.
Tags use a 3/8" reinforced fiber patch for superior tear resistance. These tags have a greater pull strength than other unreinforced tags that are not augmented with this patch and rip easily when tugged on.
Tags come perforated on a roll in a convenient tag dispenser box. Simply feed the tags out the slot and tear off tags when needed.
Not recommended for outdoors - although many customers order vinyl pouches as an accessory to help increase outdoor weather resistance.
