Immediately attach this Ready to Rent Tag when equipment is returned.
- Record the customer’s comments about damages or equipment function on the YELLOW portion.
- Inspect each piece of equipment, record any repair or maintenance needs on the RED part of the tag and leave the RED part intact to indicate the equipment is NOT ready to rent. Once service and maintenance is complete and the equipment is cleaned, you can separate the Red/Yellow portion and file them in the documents.
- When only GREEN portion is on the equipment, it's ready to be used.
