Tag has a writable surface receptive to pen and marker. Write date and details of each inspection in the table on both sides of the tag.
Plastic or vinyl tag is available with or without eyelet. A reinforced eyelet or grommet lets you hang the tag for years to come.

Great, easy to read tags

Got these for weekly inspection of a new, huge station. Even though the tags say "replace water every 6 months", I like the bright white, the wide lines and the double sided aspect. The fluid had a tag that was darkish blue and the lines were smile and hard to read. I'm glad I ordered these!
