DISAPPOINTED
First the box arrived smashed, but most of the contents were okay. Not Xpress Tags' fault, but they weren't packed well in the box. Second, the print on the tags are not straight. They are all printed exactly the same, so the registration is off.

XpressTags: Our production team looked into the matter and found out that it looks like the perf line is not straight, making the print look slanted. They said they do get some movement in their perf lines. They can re-run it and keep a closer eye on it. But if you feel like you can still use them, we will offer a 30% discount to keep.

disappointed
the tags were great except I thought the tags came with the wire attached?
XpressTags: Thank you for your feedback. It is much appreciated. We do have attachment options for these tags, just need to make sure you select the option you want before adding the tags to your cart.
We also do have wires separately on our website if you need to order them;
