  • Retail tags can be simply attached to a large number of products with the help of tagging guns. Pricing guns are an ideal solution for stores with a relatively large amount of inventory out on the sales floor. You can attach the tag with a tagging gun following these simple steps:

    1. Read manufacturer’s instructions and load fasteners in the tagging gun.
    2. Slip the tag over the needle. Make sure the front of the tag faces the tagging gun, especially if it is double-sided.
    3. Hold the item in place and insert the tagging gun’s needle into the part you want your tag to be attached to.
    4. Engage the fastener by pressing the trigger. The end of the fastener will come through the needle and hold the tag in place.

  • Various features like barcodes, QR codes are added to tags to help deter retail crime. RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) tags are a great way to reduce shoplifting, prevent stock shrinkage, and ensure asset protection. With RF and other emerging technologies, barcode price scanning and the deactivation of security tags have become very easy for cashiers and consumers.

Security tags can be attached to the merchandise that you want to protect. These tags will signal the antennas and sound an alarm if someone is trying to steal the item and exit without paying/removing the tag. Tags increase security and discourage theft, especially for high-value products that are difficult to keep secure, like jewelry and electronics.
