We start all orders the day that you finish your design. Most orders of stock items are shipped in one to three days. Most custom orders are shipped in 14 to 21 days, unless otherwise noted. Use our tracking feature found in the 'Order Status/Tracking' section of the tab My Account. |

Payment Terms |
|
Payment terms are subject to agreement, with credit extending up to a maximum of 30 days in some cases. For your
convenience, we also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express and payment.
For your added security, we use encrypted payment systems (128 bit SSL) on our website so no clear text copies of your credit card number are transmitted
over the internet. XpressTags.com is a division of XpressMyself.com. Your credit card statement will show the name, XpressMyself.com.
We reserves the right to request a deposit of up to 50% of the order value for all orders over $1,000 before beginning production.
Any account balances still owing 3 months after delivery of goods will be declared overdue and will be charged interest at 1½% per month. Any balances still owing 6 months after delivery of goods will be declared delinquent and we reserve the right to take such collection steps as we deem necessary to collect the funds, up to and including filing law suits. The costs of such collection efforts will be charged to the customer's account.

| Purchase Orders | |
We accept POs for orders over $200. Please contact us by phone or email to set up a new account. We will not accept POs unless you already have an account established with us. Orders under $200 require credit card.

Shipping |
|
Most products can be shipped to all 50 states, as well as APO and FPO addresses and Puerto Rico. However, there are a few restrictions:
• Free Shipping offers only apply to the continental 48 states. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico require expedited shipping.
• We cannot ship internationally, nor do we ship to U.S. Protectorates (except as noted above), Guam or the Virgin Islands.
• APO/FPO orders are shipped via standard delivery only.
• Heavy or oversized products can be shipped only to the continental 48 states. They cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses.
• Certain items can only be shipped to the continental 48 states via standard delivery, and cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses.
• For certain orders, a signature will be required upon delivery.

All prices are shown F.O.B. factory. Shipping charges
will apply to all orders at the current rate and shall be added to the
invoice. To save you money, we reserve the right to use the lowest cost
carrier on your behalf, unless specified on your order. |

| Damaged Goods/ Shortages |
|
Our responsibility for the shipment of merchandise ends when the carrier accepts the products. The customer must file claims for noticeable or hidden damage or shortages directly with the carrier. The filing of such a claim in no way alters the terms of payment due. All claims must be filed within 7 days of receipt of goods. |

| Returns |
We know you will be pleased with our products! For stock products, we even give you 21 days to make up
your mind. If you are not satisfied, just call us within the 21 days. Please call us and ask for a
'Return Authorization'. We will accept returns, but must add a $10.00 service charge, plus a restocking
fee of 25% of the order value. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility.
If there is a problem with the order that was the responsibility of XpressTags.com, we will waive
the service charges, restocking fee and absorb the costs to correct your order.
Unfortunately, due to their unique nature, we are unable to accept returns of customized
products, unless a defect in manufacturing is present. Please make sure that you approve the online proof
and check material specifications. If you cancel a custom order before production has started, we should be able
to accommodate your request. Once a custom order reaches the factory floor, however, we are unable to issue a
refund. Given our fast turnarounds, this occurs, generally within a day or two of your approval.

| Warranty Information |
The products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This limited warranty is limited to the repair or exchange, at our option, of any product that is defective. |
