• First, use the tag to mark that the equipment needs Repair. Then, after the Repair is completed, tear off the lower portion and you have a record that says that the equipment has been Tested.

• Back of tag is blank.

• Tags are printed on a 13 pt cardstock and include a fiber reinforced patch for extra strength. They are durable indoors. For outside use, order the optional vinyl tag holders.

• The lower portion of the tag is perforated, so that you may easily remove this stub.

• Tags are sold in packs of 100 and are pre-strung for ease of attachment.
